Before you do anything

Take a breath. You don't have to do anything right now.

  • Don't click any links in it.
  • Don't call a phone number it gives you.
  • Don't pay anything or buy gift cards.

Then check it here, free, or call us. We'll tell you what we see and what to do next.

For families

Helping a parent from out of town?

Send us a suspicious message on your parent's behalf, and we'll tell you both what we think.

When in-home visits start, you'll be able to book one for them, and we'll email you the same notes your parent gets.
