Get the visit notesAsk us to email you the same written notes your parent gets. You will see what was done and what was changed.
Send us a message that worries youIf your parent got a strange text or email, forward it to check@hometowntechhelp.com. We will tell you both what we think.
What your parent will experience
Your parent gets a call from us first. Then they are told their Helper's name and photo before anyone arrives. The Helper explains each step and lets your parent do the tapping.
