What to expect from a Helper visit
Who comes, what they do, what they never do, and how it ends.
We know it can feel strange to invite someone into your home. Here is exactly what happens.
Before the visit
- You call or send a request. We talk about what you need and set a time.
- We tell you your Helper's name and send a photo, so you know who to expect.
- You get an arrival window. Your Helper texts or calls you before they come.
When your Helper arrives
- They show you their ID.
- You are welcome to call our office to confirm.
During the visit
- You do the tapping. Your Helper shows you each step and explains it in plain words.
- Your Helper never asks you for money, never takes your devices away, and never logs in on their own phone.
- Your Helper will not keep your passwords. We write down which accounts we worked on, never the passwords.
- Small "while we're here" favors, like a light bulb or a remote battery, are included.
At the end
- You get written notes in plain language, so you can do it again yourself.
- You can end the visit at any time, for any reason.
Price
The first hour is $119, and that includes travel. Each extra 30 minutes is $45. You see the time before you pay.
