How time works
The timer starts when your Helper checks in at your home. You see the time before you pay.
Extra time comes in 30-minute steps, and only if you want it.
If plans change
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and it's free. Cancel with less notice and you pay half of the first hour. If no one is home when your Helper arrives, you pay the first hour.
If your Helper has to leave for safety reasons, you pay nothing.
